September 2021

Industrial Gate Escobedo

In 2021, Industrial Gate Escobedo was acquired, an industrial park with ~2.0 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), including a land reserve to develop an additional ~640 thousand square feet of GLA. The park is located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and hosts tenants such as Foodliner, Auto Plastek, and Laboratorios PiSA.

Industrial Gate Tijuana

Industrial Gate started developing a BTS of 290 thousand square feet GLA for Foxconn. The building is located in Tijuana, only seven miles away from the Otay Mesa Border Crossing to San Diego.

Industrial Gate Reynosa

In March 2022, Industrial Gate started developing a BTS building of 721 thousand square feet of GLA for a logistics company located in Reynosa only 14 miles from McAllen, Texas.

Industrial Gate Puebla

In November 2022, Industrial Gate entered into a sale and leaseback agreement for a 122 thousand square feet building. The property is leased to Forvia, (previously Faurecia), and in August 2023 they requested an expansion option for an additional 72 thousand square feet.

Industrial Gate Pacific Bulding 4

In April 2023, Industrial Gate acquired Industrial Gate Pacific, a land plot of 18 hectares to develop an industrial park of 940 thousand square feet of potential GLA. In the same month, Industrial Gate started developing a BTS for DHL, the building has 222 thousand square feet GLA.
